Website/Domain Redirect
The cPanel Redirects feature lets you automatically send visitors from one web address (URL) to another.
For example, if you want anyone who visits "oldsite.com" to go to "newsite.com" instead, you can set up a redirect.
Here are short and simple steps to set a domain redirect in cPanel:
1. Log in to cPanel.
- Go to Domains → click Redirects.
2. Choose the Redirect Type:
Permanent (301) or Temporary (302)
3. Select the domain you want to redirect.
- Enter the destination URL (where you want it to go): https://www.yourdomain.com
4. Click Add to save the redirect.
The domain will now redirect as specified. Allow up to 5 minutes for the redirect to activate.
