Alias Domain
An Alias allows you to point a different domain to the main domain of your cPanel account. When visitors access the alias domain, they'll see the content of your main site.
To add a domain name as an Alias:
1. Log in to cPanel
2. Go to “Domains”
- Look for the Domains section and click on “Domains”.
3. Click “Create A New Domain”
- A button at the top right lets you add a new domain.
4. Enter the New Domain Name
- Type your Alias domain name (e.g., `example2.com`).
5. Keep “Share document root…” ticked
6. Click “Submit” or “Create”
The domain name will then be added as an Alias
Note: The Alias domain name needs to be registered and active.
